What the extension does

Kanary IME Guard is a Chrome extension that prevents web apps from treating Enter as a send action while IME composition is still active.

Data collected

• No personal data is collected
• No typing content is transmitted to any remote server
• The extension stores only the selected guard mode (off, standard, or aggressive) using Chrome storage

How data is stored

Settings are stored locally using Chrome's storage.sync API so the preference can follow the signed-in browser profile.

Network access

The extension does not make network requests and does not require external accounts.

Data sharing

No user data is sold, transferred, or shared with third parties.
